• Certified Letter from tenant Representative with % complete.
• List of Sub‐Contractors
• Lien Waiver [Must Correspond to Sub‐contractors List]
  • Conditional Upon Progress
  • Unconditional Upon Progress
• W‐9 Form
• ACH Application Form

We encourage all our Tenants to be set up for ACH Payment.

• Signed off Westfield Punch list
• Certificate of Occupancy
• List of Sub‐Contractors
• Unconditional Upon Final Lien Waiver (Must Correspond to Sub‐contractors List)
• Cost of breakdown
• Warranties (No less than 1 year against defects)
• FINAL AIA document or Supporting invoices for Allowance Amount
• W‐9 Form
• ACH Application Form
